Unlike Bank employees, Team TS members are Provincially licensed mortgage brokers. We’re bound by duties of confidentiality, disclosure, suitability, and acting in your best interest. Every two years, we renew our licences through continuing education, exams, and a criminal background check.
Transparent cost.
BC mortgage brokers are compensated by lenders for placing qualified clients with them. With traditional prime lenders, you pay nothing – the lender pays the referral fee directly. With alternative lenders, a borrower-paid fee may apply, and this is always disclosed with complete transparency. Note that we’re not paid unless-until your mortgage funds.
