I offer mortgage solutions throughout the Metro Vancouver region, with most of my clients in the GVA and on the North Shore, where I’ve lived most of my life. I’ve been in the world of real estate finance since 1992, with over fifteen years in the mortgage space: both on the lending side, and as an award-winning broker to great clients like you.

People who work with me know that I am more about situation than location. Whether you’re a first-time home buyer or purchasing your fourth investment property, there’s nothing I enjoy more than problem solving. I am drawn to the unique homeowner: self-employed, retired, life event such as divorce, unique properties, and so on. I pride myself on fighting for a YES when your bank – or other broker – said No.

I live on the North Shore with my wife Leigh, our two kids Alexa & Lukas, and our dog Libby. I’m a third-generation Ukrainian-Canadian.
