I’ve served clients throughout BC, but mostly on the GVA’s North Shore, where I’ve lived most of my life. I’ve been in the world of real estate finance since 1992, with over fifteen years in the mortgage space: both on the lending side, and as an award-winning broker to great clients like you.

I run a boutique practice intentionally: useful to the right clients, available when the advice matters, and around for the next decision – not just the current transaction.

Most of my clients are referred by people who already know how I work: past clients, Realtors, accountants, financial planners, and other advisors.

I live on the North Shore with my wife Leigh, our two kids Alexa & Lukas, and our dog Libby. I’m a third-generation Ukrainian-Canadian.

I enjoy skiing, powerlifting, and hiking; and once upon a time, my wife and I bicycled across Canada. We spend our spare time travelling (some bike-touring) and hanging out at the family shack in the Cariboo. You can connect with me on Instagram and Facebook.
